Reservation Changes and Cancellations
- Cancellations and Changes can only be made by phone.

Cancellation Fees (the following fees are % of the Course Price per person)
- 50% Cancellation fee will be charged : From 3 days to 2 days prior to the reservation date.
- 100% Cancellation fee will be charged : On the day of your reservation date.
- From November to December, March to April, Golden Week and Obon Week, we receive many inquiries regarding reservations, so we will contact our customers who have made reservations in advance to confirm their reservations one week in advance. Cancellations after that date will be subject to the standard cancellation fee.
Changes in number of Persons
- Any reduction in the number of persons may be subject
to a cancellation fee as well. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Other
- In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as typhoons,
natural disasters, major transportation delays, etc.,
will be flexible to accommodate your needs, please call us.
