- Brewed by the only Sake Brewery in Miyazaki-Pref, it has a soft mouthfeel and clear aftertaste. The gentle flavor of the tropics, highly acclaimed at national sake competitions, is a perfect match for Japanese meals.
- HATSUMIYO (HONJOZO Unpasteurized SAKE) –
- Honjozo is bottled freshly pressed in winter. Because it is not lit, it has a fresh, tangy and refreshing character. It is a good pre-drink sake, and its light aftertaste goes well with seasonal dishes.
